The movie produced by Aditya Chopra and directed by Karan Malhotra, written by Neelesh Misra and Khila Bisht.
Shamshera features Ranbir Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt and Vaani Kapoor in the lead roles.
Produced and Distributed by Yash Raj Films.
Music composed by Mithoon.
The film run time is 159 minuted.
Shamshera was officially launched in May 2018 by Yash Raj Films through a motion poster, starring Ranbir Kapoor as the titular character Shamshera.
Sanjay Dutt was cast as antagonist, and Vaani Kapoor was signed to play the female lead.
To prepare her role, Vaani Kapoor took professional training in Kathak.
Kapoor portrays a dancer.

Ranbir Kapoor is coming back to the silver screen after long time and his fans are very much excited to see him on screen.
Shamshera did not created buzz as expected but if the content is good then it will create the buzz automatically with Word Of Mouth.
The movie Shamshera is a high budget film, it is made in the massive budget of 150cr.
And to recover it movie needs to do well at the ticket window.
