France becomes the first major European country to grant permission to regulate the crypto giant Binance

Binance is now on the list of digital assets service providers registered by French stock market watchdog AMF

This move makes France the first major European country to give Binance the green signal.

Changpeng Zhao, CEO of Binance, and founder, described France as "very progressive" in adopting crypto.

The company has now been listed as a provider of digital assets registered by the AMF of the French stock market,

It allows it to provide trading and storage services for bitcoin and other crypto currencies.

Binance is the largest crypto exchange in the world. The company handles trading volume of more than 14 billion and about $ 50 billion in volume output in a single day, according to data from CoinGecko.

Binance does not have an official headquarters, and he was once proud of this fact.

But the company now wants to make peace with the regulators after last year's resignation from authorities in many countries including the UK, Italy and Singapore.

Changpeng Zhao, CEO and founder of Binance, told CNBC last month that the company plans to launch its European base in Paris.
