Earlier it was releasing issue with Kangana’s Mental Hai Kya Now Super has received another issue after four IIT guwhati students filed a fresh PIL on the film to stall the release. This case by the students goes back eight months when they filed a PIL asking for the names of the 26 students who got an admission into IIT which Anand Kumar claims. However, Kumar hasn’t appeared in the court and the case is still pending. After the makers announced the release date, the students have now filed a fresh case to stall the release of the film.

Avinash Baro, Bikash Das, Monjit Doley and Dhaniram Taw are the students who filed the PIL and their counsel Amit Goyal claims that they’re unaware of the representation of facts in the film. “[The film] seems inauthentic. We never sought to damage the film, but [Kumar] has a court case against him. His reply [to the PIL] doesn’t [address] the allegations completely,” Amit Goyal told Mid-Day. Seems like Super 30’s woes are never ending!
