Born in Delhi, she began performing in local gatherings at the age of 5 and made her career debut at the age of 13, with the film Shastra (1996).

During the year, she won the first singing reality show titled Meri Awaz Suno and rose to prominence after recording “Ruki Ruki Si Zindagi” from Mast (1999).

It won her Filmfare RD Burman Award for New Music Talent and was nominated for the Best Female Playback Singer.

She is known for her versatility as a vocalist.

According to reports, Sunidhi Chauhan gets a hefty pay cheque of Rs 10 lakhs per song.

4. Neha Kakkar

She rose to prominence with the release of the dance track “Second Hand Jawaani” from Cocktail, which was followed by several popular party songs including “Sunny Sunny” from Yaariyan and “London Thumakda” from Queen.

He has been honored by the Government of India with Padma Shri, the country’s fourth-highest civilian honour for his contribution in the field of arts.

Sonu sings predominantly in Hindi and Kannada language films but has also sung in Odia, Bengali, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Nepali, Malayalam, Kannada, Bhojpuri, and other Indian languages.

Nigam has also released a number of non-film albums and acted in some Hindi films.

He was awarded Upcoming Male Vocalist of the Year at the 8th Mirchi Music Awards for his song “Zindagi Kuch Toh Bata (Reprise)” from Bajrangi Bhaijaan. 

Jubin also won the Rising Musical Star Award (2015) at Zee Business Awards.

He has since recorded songs for films in various Indian languages, predominantly Hindi.
